I ordered from Wild Joe's over two months ago and never got the order. I have attempted to contact them in every way that I could and have never gotten a response. Obviously they have gone out of business again as their site is no longer active. Truly disappointed and angry that I wasted money on a product I once loved.
Purchased some jerky online 19 February it is now 6 March I have not received it. They took the money out of checking account. It only needed to be shipped from Cincinnati to Cleveland only about fours away. The phone number has been disconnected and the email address is invalid.
5 years ago I would have recommended them to everyone I know, and did, but not now. It changed completely. It used used to be thin dry pieces of gourmet beef jerky but now it’s thick chewy pieces of a saltier version of jacks links. Not worth the money! I quit buying it after all the changes until a recent Facebook post explaining all their troubles and how they were returning to the original recipe. I bought 5 bags and it was still thick chewy garbage. So sad.
I just need to know if they are still in business

Have you guys changed your recipe for the "natural" style? The last 6-7 bags I've bought are different. It's thicker, not as salty, and not completely dry. Starting to remind me of Jack Links. And the last 2 bags I just bought had a different flavor... little more spicy... did this happen or have I been getting weird batches? Also seems like there's more fat. I went out of my way to purchase your jerky because it was "real" jerky and loved it.
I have been buying wild joes beef jerky natural and prime rib for 10 years..didnt mind spending the money because the beef jerky was awesome..but now they thought it was a good idea to change the texture flavor and everything in between..now it tastes disgusting.it tastes just like that minguas or what ever they call that nasty beef jerky...WILD JOES NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BAG...YOU NO THE OLD SAYING IF IT'S NOT BROKEN DON'T FIX IT...I DON'T THINK ANYONE HAS EVER TOLD THEM THIS
Just bought a bag and everything is changed, package change, flavor changed, texture changed, it's still ok but it's chewy and half of the bag was crumbs, used to be dry and 1 or 2 pieces in the small bag... Wish I was like it always was.
