Placed an order from 7 hours away for one of my closest friends and they went above and beyond. Told them my budget and they took the rest in their hands. Created a beautiful fresh bouquet and delivered to my friend. 10/10

Flowers, bear, and chocolates were ordered for me for Valentine’s Day. First, I did not receive the flowers until 4 days after V Day even though the sender of the flowers received a confirmation that they were sent and delivered on V Day. Then, once I opened the chocolates they had melted in the box. I’m still confused as to how they even melted in the box to begin with.

I ordered a Sympathy arrangement for a family member over the phone. The person who helped me was so helpful in placing my order and even sent a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery to the memorial. The photo was exactly what I had ordered and the actual arrangement was even more beautiful. The arrangement looks a great deal more expensive than what I was charged.
