Drove by this place as a potential investment and after reading the reviews and seeing the property, im appalled. My husband and I pulled up and he said are they condemned? I was like no look at the people's cars. There is trash everywhere, and I mean everywhere. That means there will for sure be mice and roaches. The buildings paint is peeling on almost every unit. I was about to buy one of the townhouses inside of this complex. I visited and drove around this community, and lucky for me, I had talked to many people who’re living here and they told me this WILCREST PARK TOWNHOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION is a SCAM group, the families here even let me see some of documents related to this TOA. If you living here, you will have to pay TOA fee around $300/month (means near $4000/year) and they did NOTHING to you or to the community except collecting your money and keep telling lies to you that ... read more
Literal dumpster. Came here to buy a PlayStation from someone and i wouldn’t wish these living conditions on my worst enemy. The pool looks like a dumpster, it’s broken with glass and broken concrete all over it. The buildings are falling apart, in a literal sense. Like I can crawl through them. TRASH everywhere. You’re better off sleeping under a bridge at the bayou
