The most run down privately owned apartment in all of the SW area, bad landlord. Mess up street and the entire community is super dirty. Trash overflowing the dumpster which smell terrible! Was just visiting a friend. Disgusting place!
Poor management, the place is practically rotting and falling apart. My family and I have been living in these apartments for 4 years now and we have seen no changes whatsoever ever since we moved here. Management keeps lying to us saying they're gonna fix the roofs, but its always the same old story and they end up never addressing the problem. ACTION NEVER TAKES PLACE. The water pipes are so old. Its honestly very disappointing.
Trash this building ...steal money from us,the properry stiil the same and every day is a bad shade
I can't say much about the place but whomever the tenants are at 8405 Wilcrest Drive Unit 1504 are theives. They were able to hack into my Ulta account and place an order. I probably wouldn't have been as mad if they wouldn't have ordered stupid stuff. Either way I got it fixed it was just annoying and inconvenient.
