I was about to buy one of the townhouses inside of this complex. I visited and drove around this community, and lucky for me, I had talked to many people who’re living here and they told me this WILCREST PARK TOWNHOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION is a SCAM group, the families here even let me see some of documents related to this TOA. If you living here, you will have to pay TOA fee around $300/month (means near $4000/year) and they did NOTHING to you or to the community except collecting your money and keep telling lies to you that ... read more
Literal dumpster. Came here to buy a PlayStation from someone and i wouldn’t wish these living conditions on my worst enemy. The pool looks like a dumpster, it’s broken with glass and broken concrete all over it. The buildings are falling apart, in a literal sense. Like I can crawl through them. TRASH everywhere. You’re better off sleeping under a bridge at the bayou

The most run down privately owned apartment in all of the SW area, bad landlord. Mess up street and the entire community is super dirty. Trash overflowing the dumpster which smell terrible! Was just visiting a friend. Disgusting place!
