I have lived here since it opened almost 5 years ago. Love it. Any problems I have are solved almost immediately. Our maintenance team is right on. Management team seems to change quite often. But they have always been great to me. This year we are having different social activities. They have played bingo, they have a music night which is great. Most every event j includes food and drink. If you’re looking for a great place to live I recommend The Residence by Wilcox
I stopped by to check out the apartments at Wilcox Communities the other day. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the properties. The apartments are very spacious and I love the layout. Definitely thinking of moving here soon.
They are a money hungry company and make it out like any mistakes they make are your fault and you end up paying for those mistakes they made in the end. Would recommend looking else where to rent.
Great community,well maintained and the staff does an excellent job making our community an enjoyable place to live.
