The team are very personable & friendly! BUT we've had several issues that (over a year later) are still not addressed. The team presented designs from the get-go that were over our original budget by 250%. We had issues with their electrical contractor's work, had issues with over half of the fixtures they installed being bent/deformed (a quality control issue that could have been addressed prior to installation day), the paint chosen wasn't swatched on our walls beforehand, and therefore skewed pink/lavender after the whol... read more
