I scheduled an annual with Dr Crouch. The front desk made me pay money before I could be seen, but yet had no balance due and my annual is fully covered by insurance. The amount that they made me pay was not equal to my copay, so the amount was not even logical. Being that I was forced to pay a random amount upfront, it flagged me to ask the nurse and the doctor.
