Dr. Wiggins is a caring physician and spends a great amount of time getting to know the patient and family. She is thorough, very professional, and has a wonderful staff.
High turnover with doctors and staff. Staff and Doctor Wiggins is very unorganized. The assistant wrote down she took my babies temperature and pulse and never did...took 2 hours for them to even acknowledge we was in a room. Had to call after hours due to my son having a high temp over 100 and Dr. Wiggins herself was on-call and took 2hours to call me back...asked for a new prescription for my child's formula to take to wic and the Doctor fills the form out with her name and DOB instead of babies SMH they are all over the p... read more
