My son is approaching the final date...he gets his braces off in two weeks. He has had them on for 3 1/2 years. The providers and staff are thoughtful, kind and knowledgable. We have had a great experience. Dr. Wiewiora is a wonderful addition to this practice.

The personnel is always with a smile and treating everyone with an excellent professionalism.
Loved them until I was told I had to payoff my balance or my daughter has to stay in her bracers. I am on a payment plan and it ends in 10/18. I was told she can get her braces taken off 4/18 but if I dont pay it off by 4/18 then she has to stay in her bracers. Sounds like blackmail to me. Will never use them again or refer anyone to them.
Our experience with this office has been AMAZING so far..Trish has assisted us with this whole process, she's been great. The staff is sooo friendly and professional, they worked w my budget to get my son Carlos' treatment on the road to an amazing smile w little to no pain when he gets an adjustment done... He's been to another Orthodontist in another state, but was always in pain for 1-2 days after a procedure, the is little to no wait time... I was anxious about getting adult braces. Working with this team has caused me to wish I would've done it years ago! They are professional and have efficient processes. Beyond that, they have been so very kind and compassionate all along the way. I will refer them to my family and friends now and in the future! This is excellence in action!
Dr Savastano is great but the billing dept is horrible! We were quoted a price with our insurance and paid our portion up front. Then due to billing errors by the office they wanted us to pay another $1000 to get our daughters braces off!!! My husband had to spend several days and at least an hour on the phone with our insurance to get it straightened out. The billing dept at Dr Savastano's basically we're if no help during this time. Will not be coming back with my other children!
