Renting from this company is a horrible idea, have lived in a house for years. Over the years the house has gone down, call them to have it fixed and they don't. My front porch has been falling in for a couple years now, they were supposed to send out someone. They haven't and then increased my rent by $300.00. That's not including the rent increase over the past 3 years. Don't waste your money, you're better off renting from **** ********** and if you know that company then you know that it's bad.
