It was a horrible nightmare with dealing with the mortgage company Widget is using. I had to threaten lawsuit just to get them to move on the application so we didn't lose the house. I had everything (excellent credit and down payment) all good before we even applied for the loan. We had our closing past the date on when our contract was up on the new house. If seller had a backup buyer, we would have lost the house, downpayment, and had extra costs due to storage of our stuff. Widget did pretty much nothing to help get thin... read more
