Unfortunately, after 20 years of banking with this bank I will be going elsewhere. Today, I started the day with $10 in my account because I waiting for a check in the mail. I was charged $30 because and automatic debit overdrafted the account and they did not pay the draft, just charged the fee. So, my account is -$20. This occurs basically every two weeks now, I get charged on Monday for a debit about 4 hours before I deposit my paycheck. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The bank itself it great, but several of the employees are extremely rude.
Application for home loan took 2 months and they wanted every legal paperwork since I was born basically.When it was time to sign paperwork I was out of town , I asked to send paperwork so I could sign they said NO. I said can have my signature notarized they said No. They said I have to be there in person to sign. Back in town few weeks later to sign they said to late I now need start a new application . Will be closing my accounts and shopping for a new Credit Union...
Just recently joined and everyone has been extremely friendly. Prior to becoming a member I met with Brian Duda personally and he went over home buying with me after attending one of the seminars. I'm going to sell my house in the near future and he took time to go over everything even the property taxes in the area I'd like to move to. It
They are great to deal with. They go out of their way to help me.....I even got a text message today asking if I made a charge to my account, for playstation.. it’s like my parents are working for them.... always watching out for me! Thanks and keep up the good work!

I am a proud ue506 UNION MEMBER and I see by mr Trenton masons post our business isnt wanted at your financial institution so I will be transferring my business elsewhere very soon . thank you very much .
how does the cmo of this bank feel it is appropriate to bad mouth the very customers that do business there just very sad I will be closing all accounts. thanks for showing me u don't need my business
