The fact that I was greeted by smiles the moment I walked into the clinic, put me at ease. I had some involved work to be done and as a result was quite nervous. I was examined by Dr. Chi...who put me at ease with her friendly calm manner. All procedures were carefully explained to me , I found this dr. To be gentle and kind. Dr Poyan Barabari was brilliant! He took the time to carefully evaluate my TMJ concerns and expertly modified my night guard, making it feel much more comfortable. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. I have attended this practice since its commencement in Hervey Bay. Ash and his dedicated team are respectful, obliging and go above and beyond to ensure my appointments and personal experiences are positive ones.
Really great experience with Dr Siqi Jin. I'm just visiting the area and had a dental emergency on a Saturday morning, they fitted me in, took xrays and gave me a prescription very quickly. The receptionist Kirby was lovely and overall it was a pleasant experience considering I was in a lot of pain!
