First time visit/referral to Wide Bay Central Dental (WBCD) to see periodontist Dr Alan Zhu. The customer service provided by Kirby at reception was excellent. Kirby provided a very person centric delivery of customer skills which is highly commendable. Dr Zhu and his dental assistant were outstanding throughout the course of my periodontal procedures over the 2 days. It was the little things they did that made my experience most enjoyable.
