I had the pleasure of buying a Rolex from this store. At first I was intimidated by the building and security, but after going in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Erica helped me buy my first Rolex. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I had to pay full price after trying to negotiate, I had a great experience. I will definitely be back!
Do not buy a Rolex from Erica if you are looking for the Rolex experience she needs to be retrained or replaced.
