Brought a partially restored Bronco in and had some specific things I needed done. Gave them a 10k budget. (I knew it was low when I said it, but I wanted to see if they would provide a legitimate and fair quote.) Couldn't even get a call back, much less a quote. Sucks for them. The actual budget was 75k. Money gleefully spent elsewhere with amazing results. So, in short - the communication was non-existent - they aren't interested in talking to you about anything without a fat budget to start with.
