The service department is very personable and has made my experience quick and easy on more than one occasion. However, the refund issuing has been a slow process. I was told weeks ago I’d be reimbursed for a battery recall and still have not received payment.

Anyone looking to purchase a new Ford or Lincoln vehicle needs to contact Rocky Woodruff at The Ford House in Wichita Falls. He was quick to respond to text messages and calls and was able to answer all of my questions concerning the vehicle. Cliff Vallier was also excellent with the transaction. Took his time and fully explained all of my options in regards to the different warranties. All in all, a perfect car buying experience.
