There's a Spanish or Cape Verdean girl making calls from this office and she is very rude and needs a performance evaluation. To call me rude, tell me to watch how I talk to her and lower my voice because she tried to tell me we were going to do part of my phone appointment on the phone call we were currently on and I told her no I would do it all with the nutritionist because I was asleep is crazy.
