Less than happy as they weren't willing to refill a prescription without an appointment. Without going into personal details, from my past experiences this particular medication doesn't require an appointment for a refill. However in this instance, Wible Family Medicine were going to make me wait half a week before I could get any help. 0 stars! The front desk medical representatives were fine, but Tonya's unprofessional behavior really overshadowed the entire visit. Dismissive and lacked basic compassion. She spoke to myself and my 10yr old in a cold, condescending tone and showed no concern. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because no child should leave a doctor’s office feeling worse than when they arrived.
