I made a sustainging donation in may 2018 that roled over to continue through 2019 to start another year of contributions. I have been in contact with member services three times in as many months to cancel my membership and they will not do it. I spoke to Jessica today 12/3/2019 regarding this matter who said the contributions cannot be changed and will run out in May 2020. Bigest rip off I have eve seen. The business offices at whyy is under par and is practicing larceny in the name of charitable donations.
