I had the pleasure with working with Mary at the Smoky point location. I was told she took a position here at Whyte’s Shelter Storage. Mary was amazing, she was able to answer all my questions. Very impressed with her experience. On the tour of the property, Mary was able to find the unit that fit me best. I truly felt like I was with a friend. After locking up my new storage unit, Mary made sure I was able to use my new code correctly to access the property. Thanks Whyte's, and thank you Mary!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Business is family owned. No corporate money grab along with zero customer service.
Been here for over 15 years, storing my commercial vehicles. Significantly more expensive than others with rent increasing every year (almost tripled since we started) but they have improved security with electric fences, barbed wire and cameras.
