Doctor Isn't Available I recently went to Whylie Eye in Ames to get fitted for contacts on a Saturday and was informed the doctor wasn't there. I then tried to set up an appointment for a Friday only to find out the doctor wasn't there on Fridays. I would need to wait until mid-late October before I could get an appointment that worked with my schedule. I will just go somewhere that will get me in when it works for me instead of wasting time here.
4 weeks and no glasses On February 22, 2012 I ordered a pair of glasses from the Whylie Eye Care Center in Ames, IA. Delivery was promised within two weeks. It is now March 24, 2012 and no glasses, only excuses.
no customer service if you want disigner frames dont go here!!! if you want frames that all look the same do go here. the only thing they could tell me was that i needed glasses for driving and while on the computer. then i asked if they sell ray bans or d&g. they didnt even know if they did or not. funny thing was i got home on the computer and went to their website and they do sell both. so i go back to tell them which ones i want to order and they tell me that i have to go someplace that sells them and get fitted for them... read more
