Don’t stay here unless you’re interested in rude staff, noisy rooms, or difficult check-in and check-out processes. I left a bag and realised immediately next day. Despite calling them again and again I was unable to get in contact with staff until over one week later, at which time they told me it was likely thrown away by staff. The stay was exhausting and uncomfortable from start to end.
The hotel was great. Its really close to Union Station and Trader Joe's. The room has a coffee machine and apple TV. Also, there is enough kitchen utensils for making your own food. They always keep the room clean which is also good.
Room was very clean and nice. However big issue was the water would not get hot, on the off chance u catch it hot you would have a 30 second window before it got ice cold. Couldn't wash laundry or dishes since the water can't get hot. There was no one to come fix it. I'll leave it at that.
I live at the press house building I love my apartment I not n the hotel but I love it
