This is an amazing fish market that is so much more than its name! It has fish, meats, food, and more! I just happened to walk by here and saw it was quite popular. I walked in and got so excited! Fresh fish, restaurant inside, sushi bar, and an entire meat isle too. The staff is super friendly and if you come here you have to get food - whether it be from the restaurant (I recommend the Lobster Mac&Cheese) or the sushi bar (I recommend the kani & spicy tuna roll). My sister was really wanting to go to Wholey's after her Dr appt on the North Side. She just had knee replacement surgery but also has MS so walking isn't easy for her. I drove around Wholey's for quite some time but couldn't find a parking spot out front. I finally let my sister out in front of the door and told her I would keep circling around until she came out or I could get a front parking space. I Love their fish sammich!!! Their crab & lobster bisque wasn't bad either.
My Mom and I ordered fish to make Gefilte Fish. They could not get in all the items we requested because of the hurricanes, so they requested substitutes. The substitutes were phenomenal! We made probably the best Gefilte Fish ever for New Years 5778!!! Thank you so much for all your help and an excellent, quality product!!!!!
