Had the transmission cooler and valve body fitted to my Mazda BT50 yesterday, really impressed with the amazing quality of the cooler & valve body after inspection prior to fitment. Even driving around in heavy traffic I noticed the big difference in transmission temperature and feel of the gear changes! Can't wait to put it to the test Saturday when I hitch up my Crusader Musketeer Empress 22.6 and head off to Coffin Bay from Adelaide. 2015 bt50 Dyno tuned, turbo back exhaust, snorkel K&N and the nomad valve body just made the shifts so responsive and confidence in the gearbox is solid now. Highly recommend.
I was hoping for an improvement (slight was what I was expecting) But unfortunately it was not a slight improvement it was a MASSIVE improvement PX1 Ranger with 125,000 km is now the vehicle I always wanted.I wish I had done it years ago
I have had 2 transmissions rebuilt by Wholesale Automatics & spent just on $13k, service was good until I realised that the wrong valve body had been fitted to my C10 giving it a harsh upshift, I thought it would be simple just change it to what was specified on my paperwork, but they refuse to answer my emails & put me off when I call with a promise to call me back but never do, all I can say now is steer clear as any issues or warranty may not be honored.
