Very disappointed. An extreme plus rebuild with the works costing $10,000 hasn't gotten to 12 months without blowing the rear seal. Wholesale Automatic decline to assist as the installer has closed down. I would have thought that WAT put the seal in, not the transmission. Surely another dealer could fix it. Guess I just have to break out another thousand to replace the seal and hope it's not something else in the transmission causing it.
We were pleasantly pleased with the service, communication and all round helpfulness o this business. They replied to phone calls and emails promptly trying to solve our issues over the phone or through emails. Their staff know the product and are able to answer questions and technical support. I recently purchased and fitted a twin core trans cooler for my Toyota LC 300. The process was simple and the support from W A T was great. The instructional video was spot on as were the written instructions. Since fitting I have noted a distinct difference in trans temps and a notable decreasing of temperature as I drive. Recommend these guys and the product highly.
