It is always more likely that 1 unhappy customer versus 100 happy customers will be the ones the rate places and make them look bad which is what happened here. I am changing that because they deserve good recognition. I went to this dealership randomly after shopping for weeks for a car. From the minute I walked in, everyone here was extremely helpful. I drove all the way from San Diego one night in the poring rain with my wife and two children and didn’t get there until 9:00 Pm. Both guys Alan and Paul waited and patiently stood in the rain with me so I could check the car out. I just want to say I did not feel any pressure to buy from either person. After an hour of thinking and negotiating I drove off with my new car. I just want everyone to know this place gets two thumbs up from me.
My VW Jetta runs great. Received a Carfax from them and they helped with my financing. Allen was really friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy.
