Staff are very friendly and informative, and their prior authorization department will work with you to get your insurance to see reason. Dr. Mageno is the warmest Psychiatrist I've had the pleasure to work with and is actually invested in my well-being. He has responded to everyone of my concerns and always work with me to figure out the next step in my treatment.
I have been reaching out to this office for a week without any response. This is unacceptable for any type of medical practice— even when allowing for the “24-48 Hours” processing period of which their answering machine gives notice. I’ll amend my review to two-stars, as they finally called me back— but only after seeing my review.
