Bailed us out with prompt service under questionable conditions
Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Used them because they were referred to me. Never again. I spent over $1,000 to have a unit repaired. Jim won't give you an estimated time of arrival, just texts you when he's there and expects you to drop everything and show up. Also showed up during buisness hours, didn't announce what he was doing, just pulled out the WRONG table, knocking everything off during a lunch rush and hasn't been back to finish fixing the table I'd already paid for him to fix.
