The dry rubbed ribs were outstanding. The service and atmosphere was second to none. The founder, Rich Cosgrove, came and introduced himself to me and we sat down had lunch and great conversation.

Best restaurant BBQ Ribs EVER! My only suggestion would be to add a little more dressing to the coleslaw. Other than the slaw being dry it was delicious! I will be making this the regular go to place for BBQ!
It was ok, I do not appreciate dropping almost 12 dollars for a brisket plate, then get one bread roll. I am use to getting complimentary bread, onions, and pickles and none was offered.

The reason I ask is that we slice pickles and onions daily and they are on the counter where you pick up your order. In for a quick visit with family and got to satisfy my BBQ crave. Great looking atmosphere. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were excellent. Ribs were a little over done, but that happens with baby back ribs. Wish they had St. Louis Ribs, so much better. Sauces were outstanding as we're the sides. Being in the restaurant business and a Texas BBQ competitor, the brisket needed more smoke and I wish great Arkansas BBQ places such as this would cut brisket with a knife.......not a slicer. Absolutely fantastic beef brisket sandwich and potato salad. Probably the best brisket sandwich I've ever had. Wish we had one of these back home in Maryland.
