Every worker here is very lazy, unnecessarily rude, and entitled. They are also very unprofessional and disrespect people badly. The front desk staff thinks that people's lives depend on them; they don't want to do their job. I went in to request my medical records, and they had me fill out paperwork and told me they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Weeks passed by with no call, as I had expected. You can never get someone to answer the phone. What type of company NEVER pick up the phone?
WHCG is terrible. No one ever answers the phone. Very disorganized and to have an appointment, means waiting for over a half hour or a lot later.
I receive excellent care here!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for good mental (and physical!) health care in the area.
