The experience with Charlotte was so easy. She found houses within our parameters, did video tours of houses since we were out of state, gave us her advice, and helped us all along the way. She also has a large group of contractors she can recommend, from painters to handymen and beyond. Highly recommended.
There is a lot of realtors out there but there is only one Martha! I’m glad that we decided to go with her when we started looking for what it would be my first home purchase. The market is not easy to navigate but I can not thank Martha enough for making this process super smooth! From guiding us on finding a home and how to put offers to answer my every question about the bank processing. I will gladly recommend Martha to my family and friends because I know they will be in good hands.

Charlotte was amazing! She took us to four properties and emailed us many suggestions. When we decided to purchase a brand-new home, we heard that it was not necessary to work with an agent since the builder would not offer any special discount with or without an agent, but we still decided to work with one just in case. We were very lucky to have Victory work with us as she had been extremely responsive and willing to answer all of our (silly) questions with detailed replies.
