She was fabulous. We were moving from out of state and she was so helpful with every detail and made sure that everything was done right. Always ready to show and go over everything with our brother-in-law who looked over the property for us. We would highly recommend her.
Chris Eubanks made my home purchase possible by working around my wife and I’s hectic schedule, evening and weekend showings, every aspect of the purchase Chris helped facilitate, the financing was his recommendation after mine fell thru. I bought a home remotely and Velvet did walk throughs via zoom and brought my new home to my attention the day it came on the market. We made an offer that day and it was accepted that night. She coached me on our offer and we won even though we weren't the highest bid. Side note: We closed on the first house we made an offer on! So so so patient and kind. She listened to my needs and wants and made sure to find me a house that fits exactly that. We shopped at a time during the worst market ever, but she stayed persistent and never gave up!
Chris Eubanks did an amazing job helping me find my house. Especially since I was moving to Oklahoma from Washington state. I flew into Oklahoma and Chris picked me up to look for houses so I didn't have to waste money on a rental car. He showed me a house, which wasn't on my list, and it is the one I ended up buying.
