Diana is a great person, very enthusiastic and really wanting to help make every part of the process as smooth and problem-free as possible. Over and above, in my honest opinion. Shawn is so great. We bought a house site unseen and she did not disappoint. She is very honest and is always willing to help. She explained the neighborhoods of the houses as well. She was always available within 20 mins when I needed to reach her. She's the best!
