Shawn went above and beyond to help make sure the process of buying a home for the first time went as smooth as possible, and was very understanding of my lack of knowledge of the home buying process as I was a first time home buyer and made sure to explain things when I did not understand them. Velvet is, quite simply, a pro with a heart. We faced a very challenging move during the middle of the pandemic, under significant time constraints, and Velvet guided us every step of the way, with just the right blend of informative analysis, clear and unhesitating advocacy for us when needed, and laid-back casual friendliness and charm along the way. We had an unexpected problem some days AFTER closing and Velvet was immediately helpful in attending to it, going well above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.
