We live out of town and she helped us buy land. She was always available for our questions. She was amazing in helping us with the bank procedures. She is an amazing realtor but also as a friend that cares.
This lady WILL find you a house! We ran into so many obstacles & she never gave up. She pushed harder! Extremely flexible & very fun to be around. I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte!!
Shawn went above and beyond for me to make sure all my concerns were addressed and taken care of, and that I was ultimately happy. She was always prompt in her communication, and answering all questions in a very timely manner. She was always available, even on short notice to show me a house I was interested in viewing. Overall, the process of buying a home can be extremely stressful, but she did so much behind the scenes to make it as smooth as possible.
I went into the process with no experience buying or shopping for a home. She explained the process completely and laid out reasonable expectations that helped move the process along quickly and smoothly. She was patient with me as I viewed multiple houses and helped to keep the process on track through closing on my purchase.
