My wife and I decided to move after 15 years in the same house. Brenda came along, listened to our needs and helped us through every step. Many things had changed in real estate since our last experience so having a good listener understand our concerns helped tremendously. Although we don't plan on moving again, Brenda will be my first call should that ever change!

Brenda was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Excellent with the kids as well - they got quite attached to her. She patiently guided us through the process of purchasing a new home. Then she helped us sell our previous home as well.
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She helped me and my fiancé find the perfect acreage for us. I texted and called Charlotte so many times at random times of different days for questions and she was always eager to help. It was so nice how she dealt with everything and set everything up for us! She was very helpful but at the same time she wasn’t pushy at all. I would definitely use her as my realtor all over again.
The best real estate professional to have on your side. Brenda stays on every side of the process, very impressive to see all she took care of, I didn't have to do any of the scheduling or paperwork, she took care of it all. I couldn't of had a better reator.
Mrs. Woodard is a wonderful agent and is a pleasure to work with.
