Don't move here unless you want constant leaks
I will leave my original review for perspective, but I am upgrading my review...the regional manager came and was proactive in making sure that this situation is being handled properly! He is addressing all of the issues and especially making sure our leak is repaired properly and quickly. So, things are changing for the better which makes me estatic. From the moment my roommate and I asked to see the place until now, about 18 months later, it has been a great experience. Really great and well cared for cool, old building. Awesome neighbors, and a very responsive maintenance team. Very active - in a good way! - management team.
