I received excellent care when I was admitted in April. All my nurses especially Aida were wonderful Again I am admitted this week and am so pleased with all of my nursing staff. Meant to give 5 stars. Oops
We are at the ER right now. Ladies at the front are rude, they ignore you. Hello it's an emergency room. Sitting in the room, doc says it's okay for the patient to have ice chips, have asked 3 different people, it's been 15 minutes, and still no ice chips. A noise has been going off in her room for 20 minutes, it's completely being ignored. This is pretty typical for this place. Worst hospital ever.

Icu nurses were very nice And 2nd floor nurses were alright I was hospitalized twice in December 2014 from having 2 heart attacks but I survived 2nd floor plumbing needs serious upgrades toilets back up and shower handles broke off plus there was no hot water on the floor since 12/7 / 12/20 Breanna cortez was a good janitor she was very concerned about cleanliness which made me feel good I would come back just a note dr santos is a terrible doctor.
Best nursing staff they have. I would not go to any other Hospital. We had wonderful service there when my family member was there in DOU. Happy new year to everybody there!

Horrible hospital family un-friendly no place for family to wait for a baby to be born - most nurses extremely unfriendly; rooms very very very tiny and the room mate had her entire famy husband and toddler child spend the night- question; can YOU keep a small kid in a 8x10 area for 24 hrs? Did I mention the entire family was super super sick? The husband finally ordered to wear mask, as the room so small, we could hear him in bathroom when he wS almost vomiting in bathroom!
