Customer service is atrocious!!!!! A lot of the nurses were very rude and not personable at all! Will never come back and would not recommend!

Been here twice. Both times for my sister. This second time our stay has been longer. Almost a week & I must say i love how attentive the staff is. They provided a cot bed along with covers & pillows for staying the night. They constantly ask if we need anything & They're always making my sister feel better with their positive attitude & medication ofcourse. Love the cafeteria downstairs! I dont have to leave the hospital at all, they have meals downstairs worth every penny & vending machines + free coffee! Love it.

Nurses no complaints they're accommodating Dr. no says . Both my parents died here , 2 years ago my mom is in ICU , she's did not revived her ....we have instructed to do so... Then we saw the bag to revived did not even open ...

Mother in law was taken in by ambulance. She is pre dementia. It doesn't help when in th ER room the board reads Tuesday date and previous nurse names and information. When it was Wednesday. However staff, nurses & Doctor are very nice and polite.
