The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. My mom had an appointment for a new hearing aid but unbeknownst to her, she had a bad ear infection. The staff immediately referred her to the ER. Since my mom has only one "good" ear, it was critical to have it treated otherwise she'd lose her hearing completely or worse. Dr. Ortega and Lizette Gamas are awesome! My mom is very happy now with her new hearing aid and can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.
I truly recommend this awesome facility to everyone that's in need of their hearing to proceed properly again.. its a huge blessing... Thank you to all staff.. BTW this: Mguel Angel Limon
Being a patient here has been a wonderful challenge and experience. It changed my life, Liz being able to help others and understand people going through this. I recommend this place and Liz.
My mom has been coming here for several years and has always been treated kindly and respectfully. Today she had to see Dr. Houng since her regular doctor retired. She left there very happy and commented to me how much she liked him.
My husband has been deaf in the right ear since the age of 5 And the left ear has gradually lost his healing over the past 73 years. He had just adapted to the environment as he aged. Not finding out his degree of deafness until high school at the age of 14. At the age of 77 was amazed the of birds that sing all day long and the amount of just plan noise the surround him all day and night. When I moved to WA, I was sorry I had to leave this wonderful place.
I just returned from Whittier Hearing Center with a new pair of hearing aids. This is my second set, and the difference in technology within the last five years is amazing. The attention to detail, the perks that come with being a customer, and the very friendly service, makes continuing with Whittier Hearing a must. I visited another hearing center, and it felt more store front than a quality business. I highly recommend Whittier Hearing Center. I'm sorry that Cathy Musseli is leaving. She's terrific.
