Wonderful dentist and staff. They are very patient and gentle. Found my forever dentist!
Before verifying the insurance renewal the dentist started numbing my mouth when the receptionist comes to tell me that they cant do the procedure because of insurance issues. Like figure that out before you start doing any kind of work on a patient. Left with my mouth numb and left with no work done. There was a reason why I asked her if she needed my updated insurance card.
