Despite bragging that you’ve been around for 50 years, the boss lady’s condescending, patronizing tone is not worth your time. Find a florist that may have less years of experience but is genuinely a better human to work with.

I do not live in the area but I called this local florist to send flowers to my best friend's grandmother's services. Shira spoke with me about what I wanted (lots of white flower - like Lillie's, roses, etc). She sent me a picture of my order & I was WOWED. My best friend & her family thought the arrangement was just as gorgeous as I did. I paid $110, which is pretty standard & I have Shira the creative control. She did not disappoint. Wow! Wish I could rank zero stars, but it will not allow me to. I've never had ruder customer service trying to order a sympathy spray. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I hope anyone that is trying to order flowers during a "holiday" period are willing to spend at least $200 as that is what I was told to be able to place an order. The expectations vs reality is a joke. Clearly I brought something different and had my woman receive something far less attractive. Please consider your options before you get flowers from here.
