Unprofessional and disrespectful of patients. They canceled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice and on the last day of my insurance coverage—leaving me no time to find another doctor. Even though they have multiple doctors at their office, they would not reschedule me in time for insurance coverage.
Every interaction has failed for every member of my family. A remaining employee states all previous employees have been fired but it’s too little, too late. Phone calls never returned. Orders for glasses or contacts took forever IF THEY EVER GET ACTUALLY ORDERED!!! Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

It was the best that happened to me, I had my third cornea transplant with him and really was a life saver in my case. I keep making my contact lenses there and all I have to say is that you are in a good place if you choose them, they have skilled professionals and very responsible, kind and competent employees.
I definitely recommend this place! I am very near sighted with a high astigmatism. I initially sought out lasik , but I was not a candidate for that. I was referred to Dr. Whitson by the 20/20 institute. I am so glad they sent me there. Dr. Whitson was very thorough with me during my exam and said I could receive ICL. One thing I appreciated is that he said people don’t realize what a disability poor eye sight can be. You will have to wait but Dr. Whitson is an excellent eye specialist.
Go there because I was really scared and still am but the staff is very caring, answered all my questions. if you have to have eye surgery go see them they will definitely put your concerns at ease.
Excellent care always. I'm a second generation patient here. I followed my Morher because I know she always received the best care.
