Would not recommend! Poor communication, lack of discretion, and weak negotiation strategy made an already stressful process significantly worse.
Absolutely terrible experience. What should have been a coordinated sale and purchase turned into confusion, chaos, and failed negotiations largely due to poor communication, lack of strategy, and complete failure to protect our position as clients. I repeatedly had to chase updates, ask for counters and documents to be drafted during time-sensitive negotiations, and follow up on things that should have already been handled.
