Would not recommend! Poor communication, lack of discretion, and weak negotiation strategy made an already stressful process significantly worse.

Absolutely terrible experience. What should have been a coordinated sale and purchase turned into confusion, chaos, and failed negotiations largely due to poor communication, lack of strategy, and complete failure to protect our position as clients. I repeatedly had to chase updates, ask for counters and documents to be drafted during time-sensitive negotiations, and follow up on things that should have already been handled. Whitney, your response leaves out critical context and does not accurately reflect our concerns or how the transaction was handled. We were fully aware of the foundation concerns (a non-load-bearing basement knee wall) and specifically instructed that it be disclosed not only in the property disclosure, but also clearly stated in the agent remarks so buyers were aware before scheduling showings or entering negotiations.
