This clinic is so different than any I have been to before! So hands on! They don’t leave you with instructions to stretch alone, they don’t hook you up to machines and call it a day. Everything is taken care of at each appointment, you feel like the appointment was WORTH it!!! I usually dread appointments but I always look forward to the time I spend at Whitmire. ZERO STARS!!! The lobby smelled like urine. I waited over 45 min for and appointment that was at the earliest scheduled out 2 and a half weeks. The reception guy was rude, both on the phone and in person. The paper work was repetitive and beyond invasive. There were at least 4 people in the waiting room not wearing masks, I saw zero sanitation going on, and was not asked and of the covid quesions (i had to fill them out in my paperwork) and my temp was never taken... I wound up waling out.
Upstanding customer service, beautiful clinic. The owners are some of the best people I’ve ever come into contact with. They follow rules and are genuinely nice and caring. The front desk and staff members are so polite and follow all proper measures for COVID and other things going on in the world, 5 out of 5 stars every time.
I had a neck and shoulder muscle spasm that caused a pinched nerve and Dr. Whitmire healed me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and individualized his course of treatment to my specific pain concerns. He also showed me stretches to use in the future that were designed to address my problem areas. I will definitely be returning.
Dr.Whitmore saw my 9 year old daughter born with Scoliosis. Today, we had her 1st appt and she said its her 1st day of her life not living in pain. He is a true blessing. Staff is friendly and nice. Doctor has a great sense of humor and set the mood so she didnt feel uncomfortable. best experience ever.
Great care. They Look after you and your needs, this is the best place for Veterans to go. They are helpful and understands the difference in trauma that a veteran can go through. Dr. Whittier takes his time with each patient to make sure that he can help them the best way possible.
friendly staff and a great environment. it's not everyday a place changes the movie to shrek 2 to accommodate a waiting client. what more could you ask for?
Dr. Whitmire has been amazing! His staff is so friendly and really care about their patients. I highly recommend this place if someone is looking for a great Chiropractor!
