When I ordered from Whitewood Flowers for Valentines day 2025, having made my order on the 5th of February (in advance of the valentines rush to be extra prepared) my delivery arrived in a pink plastic crumpled bag FAR from the bouquet the website falsely advertised. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived after 7.30pm, and it cost $175. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. How unreliable. Denied me flowers for my sick aunt despite me arriving in-person 45 minutes before closing. She opened the door and in a rude tone said she’s having a special event. I saw flowers in her store ready to be purchased and she still denied me. I just wanted a ready-made bouquet and came ahead of closing so I wouldn’t go here if you need flowers or quality customer service.
