I rarely leave negative reviews, but the level of incompetence and lack of accountability I experienced here deserves to be called out. I purchased “one piece” shower pan because of previous experience renovating bathroom spaces and went with this company based on promises made by the business about its quality and durability. Our contractor is using Whitewater for our remodel and Rudolpho came out today to install the tub surrounds in one bathroom. He is an exceptionally skilled craftsman and the wife and I are stunned at the high quality of his work! Thank you Whitewater and Rudolpho!
Four months and our shower is still not finished! The first shower was installed in June. This shower had standing water in it because it didn't slope toward the drain. After waiting a few weeks a service man came out and thought they could fix this. We waited a few more weeks to have it fixed, only to have them realize it would need to be redone.
