Major fire. Twenty units lost. The renters insurance we were told we had now suddenly that covered the building not our individual apartments. That is not what we were told when we had to start paying. They told us it would cover up to $10,000 for your belongings. Shady. Very shady!
Don't ever move here. Roach infested and has bed bugs. Almost a year after moving out and I'm still paying for living there. Worst mistake ever was moving in there.
