Do NOT use this company! They will forget your appointment time, show up when you don't have an appointment time, and lie about their availability. I've been using this company since 2010, and I do not know what happened to it. I don't know if there's new owners or workers but they are now terrible. I set up an appointment for this Monday. The worker “didn’t have it on ‘his’ schedule, even tho it was on the ‘office’s’ schedule.” So they didn't show up. I called and rescheduled for this Wednesday. Gonzalo and his team at West Coast Tree Care were incredible start to finish. Our backyard was a nightmare before their help. Imagine: about 3,000 sq feet of overgrown weeds, uneven grading, a wall of bamboo covered in vines, etc. They transformed our yard in a matter of days. Juan's crew did a very professional, quick and clean job of clearing a tree in Los Angeles. His crew carefully worked around a vehicle that was parked under some branches. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
