We paid in full to have our 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug professionally cleaned. When the rug was returned, we were not satisfied with the cleaning, and Wade agreed that it would be re-cleaned. He picked the rug back up on November 5th and told us the process would take 2–3 weeks max. From that point forward, there were over five weeks of complete radio silence. Incredible service and hands down the best around. New owner Wade explained the process and brought my rug back to life while handling it with so much care. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. You won’t find better quality or service—highly recommend!

Mr White’s service has been excellent! The four rugs of various sizes were returned to me in amazing pristine condition after repairing and cleaning them. I am so thankful to find someone who knows oriental rugs!
