Communication with this place is terrible. I called three times during the course of week to get my rug picked up before anyone called me back. Once they finally picked it up, they’ve had it for three weeks and have not responded to two calls on different days about when I might get it back. The company was better run before Mr. White retired. I am hoping I eventually get my rug back cleaned properly.
Buyer beware. This involved a 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug, a high-value item worth thousands of dollars, so clear communication and care were especially important to us. We paid in full to have our 50-year-old hand-knotted Persian rug professionally cleaned. When the rug was returned, we were not satisfied with the cleaning, and Wade agreed that it would be re-cleaned. He picked the rug back up on November 5th and told us the process would take 2–3 weeks max. From that point forward, there were over five weeks of complete radio silence. Incredible service and hands down the best around. New owner Wade explained the process and brought my rug back to life while handling it with so much care. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. You won’t find better quality or service—highly recommend!
