Our salesman, Don Maibach was super. He listened and made suggestions based on our needs. He helped us navigate through all the options offered on each auto and he and Alan searched for just the right one. Dave helped us smoothly work through the paperwork and we now have a pretty 2017 Ford Explorer. Great experience!
Waited there for 3 hours to get an old change with only 3 cars ahead of me just to have them tell me me the drainage plug is stuck. They also had me pull my car out of the garage when they had the things up they forgot to put down and scraped my car. Do not go here.

Broke down this past Friday with no gas to my pedal on way to work with my 2016 Explorer, called Jim Brubaker n he gave me Roadside Assistances number and was there within hour, took car in and was fixed in hour, throttle bottle assembly and after looking, there have been 22 reports of this in 6500-7000 mileage, Whites makes it right asap!
