RecommendedI just hit 139,000 miles on my Ford Edge and I just now had to take it in for repair, other than tune up, etc. The Service Dept was so easy to work with, very thorough and sent me home with a brand new loaner to use while my car was being fixed. I called Whites Ford and talked to Thom Tate on the phone about a valve cover issue on my truck. He quoted me on the high side of $300 for a snapped bolt head extraction. After six days of not hearing anything back from them I take it upon myself to call them and can’t reach anyone from the service dept. After getting a call back from Thom he tells me they ran into some issues and it’s now going to be $450 if everything goes smooth and $3800 if their plan doesn’t go as intended. I never bought from a dealership before until now. my experience was awesome. my salesman was Dakota and he was very nice. he didn't pressure me and very helpful. he made sure I didn't leave unsatisfied. told him what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. my vehicle was extremely clean and I even received second set of keys. the whole staff went above and beyond! thanks guys! 😍
They got me in and out when I arrived and departed, didn’t take long at all to switch the parts out for my recall, and Curt went above and beyond to help me find a ride back to work! The gentleman that checked me out was also very kind in explaining what they did in layman’s terms. Thank you all for making it such a great experience today!
I came with zero credit and they had a program to help customers in that circumstance. Little did they tell me that the interest was much higher than usual (even with a co-signer). They then put you in a vehicle that won’t last nearly as long as they say with having so much to owe. I was very upset with the way we were treated.
